REASSEMBLY
NOTICE:
Wear protective gloves. Sharp areas on the parts may injure your hands.
1. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT ROD SUB-ASSEMBLY
|
(a) Install the No. 2 seat rod sub-assembly with the 2 bolts. Torque: 18 N·m (184 kgf·cm, 13 ft·lbf) |
2. INSTALL NO. 3 SEATBACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY RH
|
(a) Install the No. 3 seatback frame with the 5 bolts. Torque: 32 N·m (326 kgf·cm, 24 ft·lbf) |
3. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT LOCK CABLE ASSEMBLY
|
(a) Install the cable with the 3 cable ties. |
(b) Connect the 2 clamps.
4. INSTALL REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER INNER LH
|
(a) Engage the claw and install the rear seat reclining cover. |
(b) Install the screw.
5. INSTALL REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER INNER RH
|
(a) Engage the claw and install the rear seat reclining cover. |
(b) Install the screw.
6. INSTALL NO. 2 SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH
|
(a) Using hog ring pliers, install the No. 2 seatback cover to the seatback pad with 13 new hog rings. NOTICE:
|
7. INSTALL SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD
|
(a) Engage the hooks and install the seatback cover with pad. |
|
(b) Engage the hooks. |
8. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT ASSEMBLY
|
(a) Align the protruding portion of the rear No. 2 seat headrest supports with the installation grooves of the rear No. 2 seatback frame. |
(b) Engage the 4 claws and install the 2 rear No. 2 seat headrest supports.
9. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

(a) Engage the 9 clips and install the rear seatback board sub-assembly. |
10. INSTALL REAR BACK LOCK CONTROL LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH
|
(a) Connect the cable in the order shown in the illustration to install the rear back control lever sub-assembly. |
(b) Install the rear back control lever sub-assembly with the screw.
11. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT HANDLE
|
(a) Connect the cable in the order shown in the illustration to install the rear No. 2 seat handle. |
(b) Install the rear No. 2 seat handle with the 2 screws.
12. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY
13. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER LH
|
(a) Engage the claw and install the rear seat cushion cover. |
(b) Install the screw.
14. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER OUTER RH
|
(a) Engage the claw and install the rear seat cushion cover. |
(b) Install the screw.
15. INSTALL NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH
|
(a) Using hog ring pliers, install the No. 2 seat cushion cover to the seat cushion pad with 10 new hog rings. NOTICE:
|
16. INSTALL NO. 3 SEAT CUSHION SPRING ASSEMBLY RH
|
(a) Engage the hooks. |
|
(b) Using hog ring pliers, install the No. 3 seat cushion spring to the seat cushion cover with 5 new hog rings. |
17. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY RH
(a) Install the 2 bushes to the cushion spring. Then using a T45 "TORX" socket, install the 2 bolts.
- for Bolt A
Torque: 21 N·m (214 kgf·cm, 16 ft·lbf)
(b) Install the 2 bolts.
- for Bolt B
Torque: 32 N·m (326 kgf·cm, 24 ft·lbf)
18. INSTALL REAR SEAT LOCK COVER OUTER RH

(a) Engage the 3 claws in the order shown in the illustration, and install the rear seat lock cover outer. |
(b) Install the screw.
19. INSTALL REAR SEAT LOCK COVER INNER LH
|
(a) Engage the 4 claws in the order shown in the illustration, and install the rear seat lock cover outer. |
(b) Install the screw.
20. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT INNER BELT SUB-ASSEMBLY
